Esogetic Medicine has its own numerology, using both names and birth date, but it gets to the point of “how to treat this on the body” very quickly, because one thing about Esogetics, is to unhook you from your story, so that you can be more present, perceiving more accurately what is happening now, so you know what your options are. Esogetics is really about moving towards conflict resolution, so that you can keep growing.
It is the simplest of the systems listed above. Where Gene Keys gives you 11 hexagrams with different placements, Esogetics will give you 1 or 2. Where Soul Contract will give you 1 to 2 from a possible 22 sets of karma (actions to take), each several pages in length to describe, Esogetics will give you 1 or more of 10 possible karmas, each just a few sentences to describe. Astrology in Esogetics, other than simply sun, moon, and ascendant sign, is about how illness lands in the body. Even though we all break down in the same way, we express this break down in different areas of Medical Astrology. Treating our symptoms accordingly helps the body know “we are listening, we are going to try to do better”. What is lacking from Esogetics is what Human Design provides - some guidelines on how we are uniquely built and how to function. Rules to live by, to at least get us going in the right direction. But what Esogetic provides that is beyond what any of the other Unique Psychology modalities can do, is it can take you places you never could have imagined possible, because of how quickly it can clear your conditioning.

Do I need to know my exact birth time? No, birth time is irrelevant for Esogetic Numerology.
How is Esogetic Numerology different from other numerology systems (and how does it connect to treatment)? It uses a 1-8 and 1-9 numbering system for letters, and it incorporates birth date. Numerology identifies vulnerable areas on the body, spine, with their associated life lessons, physical and psychological pains. It identifies one or a few key karmic lessons we are working on in this lifetime, in addition to the i'ching lesson (or transformation between two lessons) that we are working with in this life. There are many calculations, and each has one or more ways to be applied to the body using crystals, brainwave programs, and light in certain patterns, to really open up our specific programs so we can relax and see things in a new way. The direct physical application, not to mention being able to see when it is needed (in a Kirlian photo) is what makes it distinctly different from all other Numerology systems. The person in some cases benefits from not even knowing what their numerology means (because it becomes something they hold onto) so that the treatment can just help them let i go.
