Physical Health — what the body is trying to tell you

One of many maps used to read what your body it trying to communicate to you, this time via the energy coming off your fingers and toes, see Felt Safety.
The body is not malfunctioning randomly. Every symptom — every ache, every disruption to sleep, every hormonal shift that feels unmanageable — is the body communicating something specific about what hasn't been resolved, what has accumulated, and what it needs.
Physical health is one of the four legs that has to be reasonably solid before life can hold what you want to build on top of it. When it is compromised, everything else becomes harder — parenting, relationships, work, and the capacity to simply be present in your own life.
This section is for understanding what your body is trying to say — and what can be done about it.
What physical symptoms are actually communicating
From a Unique Health perspective, physical symptoms are not random misfortunes. They are the body's language — specific, patterned, and meaningful. The same symptom can have different roots in different people. A recurring headache in one person may be liver congestion. In another it may be unresolved grief. In another it may be chill accumulating in the neck because the body has been running cold for years.
This is why diagnosis by label — naming the symptom and managing it — can only go so far. It describes what the body is doing without asking why. The why is where the root lives. And addressing the root is what creates lasting change rather than ongoing management.
Topics covered in this section (from an Esogetic Medicine and RestoreChi perspective):
→ Sleep — two kinds of sleep problems: not being able to fall or stay asleep, sleeping through the night, but not waking rested. Both visible in the feet of a Kirlian photo. Both addressable.
→ Puberty, menstrual cycle, perimenopause, and andropause — understanding what our bodies needs during each of the phases of hormonal transition (not pregnancy is deliberately left out, as this is a time where we do very little, so as not to disrupt the developing child.
→ Pain — chill causes bracing, which prevents rest, sleep, and recovery. Long term it can become an issue in the brain that is no longer connected to the site where we feel pain. How we cope with pain can determine if we get better or worse.
→ Diabetes and dampness — more that just a blood sugar problem, its a distribution problem. Which the Kirlian can flag, and Master Yan (founder of RestoreChi) can assess if his solution is a fit to prevent serious consequences of leaving this problem unchecked.
→ Inflammation and visceral fat — the big belly means yang is trapped above and yin is accumulating below. How we address this is not only through lifestyle change, but understanding what the person is doing to deal with their pain, and how we can provide a safe space for them to release.
→ Sinus congestion — the body discharging lung chill.
→ Digestion and gut health — what RestoreChi has to offer, and why this area is important for following our truth.
→ Cancer prevention — what thoughts and emotions are poison that cause relapse, and how to shift our thinking with RestoreChi and Esogetic Medicine (conflict resolution, and more).
→ Marks on our skin — especially face, lips, and back (not to mention our eyes) tell us a lot about which organs need help in our body.
Further topics will be added as the work develops.
How physical health connects to the rest
Physical health does not exist separately from mental health, relationships, or parenting. The body carries what was never resolved emotionally. The organs reflect what was never expressed. The symptoms that surface during stress, hormonal transition, or grief are not new problems — they are old ones finally finding a way out.
Addressing physical health through this lens does not mean ignoring the body. It means listening to it more carefully than most approaches allow.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help with a specific diagnosis like fibromyalgia, IBS, or chronic fatigue?
Whether its Unique Health or Unique Psychology, I don't really treat the diagnosis, I treat what I can see, I look for explanations of why someone feels or behaves the way they do, and then for what we can do to make things better. Often its a combination of treatment and a change in mindset. Your condition is always on the list because your body always carries your story!
