About childhood anxiety specifically

I'm going to be honest with you, working with anxious children is not something that I can remember doing directly, because what it has looked like in children is "I'm afraid of..." and then we look at their Kirlian Photo and start to understand where this fear is coming from and what we can do to address it.

For my middle, what looked like a fear of going to school, once treated, was verbalized as "I'm not afraid of bugs anymore, I'm ready to go to school, can I have another treatment". For my youngest, what we call "anxiety" is actually "she is easily triggered and has unresolved trauma". For my eldest, "anxiety" was more like freeze and tears "I just don't want to go into school and I can't explain why". In Human Design, when the diamond in the middle (identity center) is not coloured in, we become like the people we are around, so choosing the right environment is very important, and this applies to my eldest, see this video titled "Has your child been labelled as a "problem child" in school?"

Youngest is open everywhere, she feels everything amplified. Many people perform micro aggressions (some claim to do so without realizing it) but for the person who feels it fully, it can be hard to explain we feel unsafe, when everyone else seems fine. Finally middle's "anxiety" has it's roots in her IVF conception, see: The stress from IVF and attending public school before readiness caused my child's left eye to turn inward - RestoreChi identified and removed the problem

When clients bring me their children who have anxiety, often what they need most is more time with their parent — and sometimes what helps most is when the parent starts to understand things differently too. I know, not something most parents want to hear. They have done the best that they can and now they want their kids to go to school so they can have some time to do what they need to do. While they may have medication for that, medication causes the anxiety to go underground, where physical symptoms build instead, this is the cost of taking daily medication.

Anxiety, I know from the adult perspective, there is no parent coming to help. All you can do is understand why you feel the way you feel and learn to work with it as information, see: Overcoming Anxiety | You Have A Life Plan

My hopes, for parents finding this page now, is that your kids won't have to wait until they are an age to go it alone, you will be able to understand and hold space to address their fears, their difference, so they can hold onto their gifts, now.
