How Medication, Life Changes, and Treatment Help, and What They Miss
When someone has been in a high-stress state for a long time, their physical body can become so deeply “braced” that gentler methods can’t shift them. That’s often where medication earns its place.
It helps to think about it in three layers:
The physical danger. What most people see, and what mainstream medication can address.
The danger to the brain and nervous system. What mainstream medicine isn’t designed to look at in the same way that Esogetic Medicine is.
The driver. What we are holding onto from childhood, or even our prenatal experience, that can cause us to live in a way that makes us sick.
Most people will not touch the third level, and yet that is where I want to work, because working on this level can change your life. To bridge the gap from where people are to where I want them to be, I am sharing this article.
Division of Labour
Before showing you anything, I want you to know that I do not prescribe, adjust, or recommend changes to lifestyle, diet, or medication. Decisions about starting, changing, or stopping medication stay strictly between you and your prescribing doctor.
Life changes are easier when you feel more resourced and new options (that you couldn’t see before) start to occur to you. To get you to that point, I focus on the degree to which information and energy can travel through your body, because where it is blocked, something is stuck. In Esogetic terms, blocks happen when something has happened to us that we haven’t fully processed, so we haven’t been able to let it go. Holding on can put our physical body at risk and make life harder. Esogetic Medicine can reach these blocks once the physical body, brain, and nervous system are stable enough to release what couldn’t be processed before. I work to identify and release them so energy and information can flow, which can make your life easier to enjoy.
How medication helps, and where it leaves gaps
Mainstream medication can act as an essential physical shield, dropping the acute emergency and giving the body immediate room to breathe. The risk is when someone thinks this is enough.
Take a look at these photos (top left to right, then bottom left to right):

These are one person’s photos. Each person could have a different starting point and a different reaction to the same medication (or Esogetic treatment).
Photo 1, before medication: You can see in the feet that the system is heavily braced and shut down (closed left little toe and left index toe, the right index toe is also under pressure, and there is congestion under the left big toe).
Photo 2, adding medication: Medication physically opens the toe emissions and fills in missing areas of the fingers. It also weakens the overall energy quality of the feet, especially the right big toe.
Photo 3, adding Esogetic treatment: Esogetic treatment helps strengthen the feet, but the left index toe remains a bit under pressure.
Photo 4, adding a second medication: With a second medication, the left index toe starts to release, but some sections of the fingers start to disappear.
Photo 5, after vacation: Stepping away from daily demands brings full strength back to the fingers, but the left index toe is getting pinched again.
Photo 6, back to work (medication still on board): At a glance, this photo looks good, especially the feet. But the sectors at the top of the right middle fingers are starting to disappear, there is an empty pathway between the left big toe and the left index toe, and congestion under the right big toe. I will speak to how I treated this below.
I am giving this to you in layers so that it is easier for you to digest.
In Esogetic terms, here is what the areas mentioned above indicate:
Left little toe: kidney, original fear, inherited survival patterns
Index toes: stomach, 24/7 stress, tension in the upper abdomen
Constriction under the big toes: toxic emotional tension held in the body puts the brain at risk due to pressure
Right big toe: liver and pancreas, emotional stress is overwhelming, the brain can't process or regenerate overnight
Sectors at the top of the right middle fingers: brain is trapped in a highly emotional, stressed state
Empty pathway: stored stress can't be processed or discharged
Each step supported the body, but none of them shifted the personality that drives the ongoing stress. The way we are is not something we can be talked out of, because it is often laid down pre-verbally, and when someone tells us what to do or what something means, we often get defensive. This is why Esogetic Medicine being non-verbal is so important. Esogetic treatment speaks the language of the body, so you get to find the truth that serves you best for yourself.
The shift between photos 5 and 6
Stepping away from responsibility (photo 5, after vacation) may relax the brain (strengthening the fingers), but because we tend to eat and drink things outside our healthy routine on vacation, it also strains the stomach (left index toe). When we go back to work (photo 6), a healthier eating routine gives the stomach a break (left index toe improves), but the brain becomes overstressed again (tops of the right middle fingers disappear), because vacation isn't enough to change the way we handle stress when it returns.
Whether it is medication or a healthy routine, we can use Kirlian photography to see the impact of adding it to your life, and the remaining cost, which we can address with Esogetic Medicine.
Plumbing vs. wiring
Because we resist what we don't understand, out of fear of what it means for our survival, let me put it another way:
Medication fixed the plumbing (body). The next step is to fix the wiring (brain and nervous system), so that when your entire house (life) is renovated, it feels like a vast improvement to how you were living before. This is the shift I’m inviting you to consider.
Better plumbing is obviously good, but better wiring makes you capable of more, and the full renovation is a qualitative shift to a better life:

Let's return to what we are really talking about: if your body is okay but you continue to push your brain and nervous system beyond their limits, they will eventually burn out. No one wants that.
Subjectively, when someone's body is supported but not their brain and nervous system, they may find it hard to fully function because, on the inside, they are still unsettled, so every little thing that gets added overloads their brain. They may still be yelling, or getting hung up on things others wish they could let go. They can’t, because there is still more to heal, and this is the only way their body knows how to get the attention it needs.
Few people are set up to help with this, because most don’t have access to what we can see in a Kirlian photo.
No one wants to do life the hard way, but few people believe an easier life is available to them until the chaos on the inside is cleared out (with Esogetic Medicine).
What changed with Esogetic treatment
Take a look at this before (top) and after (bottom) Esogetic treatment photo:

This person has limited awake time to spend in treatment and doesn’t like certain treatment methods, so we worked around both:
Overnight, while they slept: they wore a brainwave program to improve how their body cycles between delta and theta, as well as grey crystals to help their thalamus ground the energy.
In session, less than 20 minutes (including taking the after photo): they wore another brainwave program to help discharge stress and conflict, and we did colour light therapy to identify and treat the weakest hormonal gland, address the empty pathway between the left index toe and left big toe and the collection of dots beneath the right big toe, and balance the fingers that showed the most phenomena (the left index finger was enlarged, the left thumb had more dark congestion, the right middle and ring fingers were small, pinched at the bottom, and missing radiation at the top).
After treatment, everything looks more complete and balanced, though there is still work to be done.
You're not broken
Something is stuck. When you choke on food, someone (if they know how) offers you the Heimlich maneuver. Maybe no one was around when you were a kid to help you process what happened to you, or maybe they were there but they didn't know how. This is why I do this work, because when you process what happened to you, you can hold space for others to process what happened to them.
When we heal ourselves, we heal the family, the community, and eventually the world.
Healing doesn't mean you have to go back to your family. Some people don't want to, because that is where they were when all this information got stuck. When Esogetic Medicine helps us to let this go, we no longer need to blame anyone. We had the experience of being stuck and being set free, and that is a beautiful experience for anyone to have.
My background and approach
I come to this work with an MSc in Psychology and Social Neuroscience (specializing in Stress and Health) and a BScH in Computer Science (which included trying to program neural networks in the early days of AI). While volunteering at a Distress Centre, I learned that I could only get people mentally unstuck when I brought Unique Psychology on board. Kirlian photography and Esogetic Medicine have allowed me to address the non-verbal side. And AI allows me to search my many training manuals, so that each client gets a fresh look that caters to their preferences, limits, and needs (as in the example above), rather than one shaped by what comes to mind and my past experiences.
Mainstream metrics aren’t enough
Protecting your body at the expense of your brain is not a choice most people would consciously make, yet that is exactly what can happen when we focus solely on isolated blood pressure and cholesterol readings.
In Esogetic terms, there is a profound connection between the heart, liver, brain, and endocrine system when the person is under stress. Under ongoing stress, the heart might not be able to do as good a job at regulating tension in our blood vessels, and this can tighten the brain's protective gate.
As a result, when the brain cries out for support, and the body mobilizes resources to meet those demands, the brain may not let in what it asked for, so what it asked for continues to back up in the bloodstream (because the brain keeps asking and the body keeps producing). Mainstream medicine, watching this rising number (e.g., cholesterol or blood pressure), starts to worry and tries to take action through diet, surgery, and/or medication. In Esogetic terms, there is another option: to help open the channels so the brain can receive what it has been asking for. Once this break in communication is resolved, the person (or their brain) has the resources it needs to be able to navigate the conflict that is keeping them in a state of chronic, defensive stress.
Stopping medication on your own is not the answer; the stakes are far too high when it comes to the heart and brain. The best approach is to get a Kirlian photo to see how your body is responding, try Esogetic Medicine alongside your medication to see what helps, and keep your doctor updated as you go. As you feel better and more able to navigate your life, you can ask your doctor whether your medication still needs to be adjusted.
Everyone's path is different, and I can't promise any outcome. But I've seen how much can change with the right Esogetic treatment. It takes time to figure out what is right for you.
Together, we can help your body let go of what has been holding you back, so an easier, more enjoyable life becomes possible.
