My work helps people “digest” their life experiences

When I say I focus on health, I don’t mean “try harder,” “think positive,” or "follow a perfect diet". I mean something more foundational:
helping you process what you’ve lived through—so your nervous system can settle, your body can function more coherently, and you can move forward with more clarity and capacity.
Why digestion is more than food

Your digestive system isn’t just plumbing. It has its own nervous system (the enteric nervous system) and it’s deeply connected to mood, stress, sleep, immunity, and inflammation. That’s one reason why people can experience:
- gut and sleep issues during anxiety or stress
- skin, sinus, or immune flare-ups when life feels unsafe
In other words: the body doesn’t only digest food. It also digests "information"—stress, emotion, conflict, change, and meaning.
When that processing gets stuck, the body carries what was left unresolved, and it attracts more and more experiences to you, so that you can finally see it, and maybe resolve it, so you can move forward.
Two people can have the same diagnosis or symptom pattern and need completely different support, because the same symptom can have different roots.
That’s why I don’t treat people according to diagnosis. I work with what’s unique about you —your wiring, your history, and what your system is trying to do.
What working with me looks like
This is not a “one-size-fits-all” protocol. It’s a process of listening to your system and responding in the right order.
We typically do three things:
1) Make sense of your story and patterns (without judgment)
2) Identify what your system is ready for now
3) Apply small, appropriate treatments, and track your response
We go slow and steady, so that we can see how you respond, and adjust accordingly, symptoms may release, but change happens over time.
A lot of people—especially sensitive people—have been harmed by approaches that rely on pressure, shame, or overriding the body.
My approach is different:
- be kind
- get curious
- respect your limits and timing
- build capacity
- follow what your system is actually communicating
You have a life plan. It can be scary to be honest about what you need. But in my experience:
the more you align with what’s true for you, the more your body and life begin to cooperate.
