Preventing Depression, Clearing Acne, and Improving Self-Care with Unique Health and Unique Psychology

Two years ago (April, 2024), shortly after getting my Kirlian camera, I took my son to see Master Yan with his 7th kirlian photo:

How I would read this photo now differs from what I knew then. Now I can see that his mental health and self-care were not in place, he was coping by dissociating, and he didn't have sufficient hormonal regulation to pump garbage out of his body, and sleep might be a challenge. If he were an adult, and not my child, I would have started trying to restore his mental health before trying to address his physical health.

That said, Master Yan works primarily on the physical level and found my son's lungs (thumbs), large intestine (index fingers), and heart (little fingers) to be weak. His kidneys (bottom of the middle fingers and little toes) and liver (big toes) were more okay, though his liver needed a boost so it could clean. He had insufficient yang in his blood, at the top, and at his back — which showed up as weak hands in his Kirlian photo and spine problems visible in the index fingers

Lungs carry grief, a weak large intestine has difficulty letting go. The heart is only impacted when the strain becomes too much for the other organs to carry. Insufficient yang in the blood means the fire that keeps everything moving is low. Master Yan said it was good that I brought him in, because he was on the verge of a major depression.

After treatment my son felt great, and he was no longer afraid to fall asleep alone in his room, so his sleep improved too.

This is his most recent photo (taken December, 2025):

His feet are less degenerative and his hands are less endocrine, but he was having recuring deep acne on his nose (representing the stomach, spleen, solar plexus area, see diagnostic map below). After treatment with Esogetic Medicine and RestoreChi, he was able to literally pull the deep acne out of his nose and it never came back. I also used his Unique Psychology to find effective and respectful ways to negotiate with him about morning routines.

He had struggled so much with his health, emotions, detox, and going to school in the past, that I had let him make his own choices when it came to how much sleep he needs. But he will be going to high school next year, and they don't just pass you along to the next grade if you fail, so it is important to instill better habits in him, while also continuing to understand his unique limits and needs. His human design profile is one of the hardest to parent (6/2 role model hermit profile with a 1/2 teacher guru underneath), because he is truly just waiting for the right thing to come around, he is not motivated otherwise, and we need to trust this.

Why this matters for parents

Most parents don't have access to healers who can recognize early signs and provide treatment to prevent a major mental health crisis. Most people think acne is a normal part of puberty, and if it lasts beyond puberty soaps and hormones are prescribed, instead of supporting the organ underneath that is asking for help.

This is what catching things early looks like. Not scanning for disease. Reading what the body is already communicating — and responding before it has to get louder.
