Should I see Master Yan first or start renting the RestoreChi Specialty Speakers now?

If you have been recommended to see Master Yan, you may be surprised to hear that you don't have to wait. You can start renting the RestoreChi Specialty Speakers now — or you can wait until Master Yan is in town. This article helps you make that decision.
Master Yan visits 3–4 times per year. Some people can't wait that long. Some issues don't need a fix that only Master Yan can provide. And even for issues that do require his direct assessment, starting on the speaker first can clear enough fog, that Master Yan can see the underlying issue more clearly when you do see him.
Pricing — what you are actually paying for
Renting the speaker through Alahnnaa costs $50/day or $200/week. Seeing Master Yan costs $150 and includes up to 3 days of speaker use and supplements. Alahnnaa takes no cut — everything goes directly to Master Yan. Her role is to provide support, to help you address things, that RestoreChi alone cannot cover (more on this below).
The reason to rent rather than wait is time. When you see Master Yan, the speaker is limited to 1–3 days. Renting gives you more continuous time with the tracks, which matters for issues that need sustained work. Someone might also not want to take the time to drive to Markham for the day, in this case, renting, by sending a photo of your face to Alahnnaa, for Master Yan (or Kevin, his lead local student) to assess what you need, disrupts your life less. What to expect from the specialty speakers
Some examples of what the specialty speakers can and cannot do before a visit to Master Yan:
Carpal tunnel — improvement, combined with RestoreChi body cream, no need to see Master Yan afterwards
Parkinson's — reduced shaking and more leg strength, still needed to see Master Yan afterwards
Neck pain — no change with the specialty speakers, because Master Yan needed to address a yin-yang imbalance, which was beyond what the specialty speakers could reach at that time
Master Yan is incredibly fair, if you rent the speakers and they have no effect, he is probably going to ask you to come in and see him when he is in town, for free.
What a visit to Master Yan adds
There are things only Master Yan can do — specific fixes that require his direct assessment and hands-on work. Sometimes one visit is enough. Sometimes he needs to see someone twice in the same trip, or again on a future visit. Sometimes he changes his mind, after saying you don’t need to come back, he might ask you to come back because something additional has occurred to him to address, that he couldn't see before, see: The stress from IVF and attending public school before readiness caused my child's left eye to turn inward - RestoreChi identified and removed the problem
Many of the RestoreChi Monthly tracks are created because of what he sees in the clients who come to see him, and then he realizes that the fix this client needs could benefit others too. For example, the Sleep Disorder, Hot Flashed, and the new Lung track (which addresses the overlap between asthma and diabetes, connecting the lung to the spleen) were all created because he saw a client that needed it — showing that this work is living and responsive, not static.
Many clients feel much better after seeing Master Yan, but then they slip back into their old lifestyle and lose their gains. This is part of the reason why I created the framework explained on the Mental, Physical, and Into the World Health pages of my website, see What Does Alahnnaa Campbell Mean When She Says Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health Can Get Better?
This is where Alahnnaa's work, alongside what Master Yan has to offer, is important — she can support Mental, Relationship, Parent-Child, and Into the World health, so that the Physical healing that Master Yan and RestoreChi provide, is not misused to cause further harm.
Reactions are not side effects
Clearing what has been held in the body is powerful. Going into this expecting to feel only better, with no further complaints, because you paid money, is not realistic.
There is a difference between side effects (where treatment targets one area but unintentionally affects another area) and what is part of the treatment (where the body is clearing what it was hiding, because the exit path is now open). Think of it like a deep cyst that finally surfaces. There will be some disruption where it exits, but that will heal soon too.
Common reactions change as the tracks and treatment change, please see:
Children often cling to the Specialty Speakers longer than needed, if they can’t make the necessary changes to their life (habits and environment). This is where working with Alahnnaa can help. We don’t want anyone relying on these speakers, they are only to give you a boost, so you have the ability to navigate your life.
We have also had some people with a tendency to blame the equipment (the batteries died, it turned off in their sleep, etc), or to expect treatment to hold without making any changes to their life. This negative mindset is part of the illness that we are trying to overcome. Acceptance, ownership, and willingness to change, it’s ok if it's a longer process. Even I struggle at times:

Who may not be a good candidate for the Specialty Speakers or to see Master Yan
Someone whose mental health is too unstable to figure out how to get to Markham and pay for services. Someone who is not willing to make any changes to their life. Someone who will blame the equipment or Master Yan for not sharing the same health values. For anyone in these categories, working with Alahnnaa first is a good idea:
