Warm the uterus, heal the life

I almost skipped writing this article, but I was drawn to circle back because it is important.
What the uterus carries
The uterus is not just a reproductive organ. It is the first environment. What it contains — the mother's unresolved conflicts, her accumulated toxins, her hormonal state, her sense of safety in the world — has an impact on her developing fetus.
A woman's first born tends to carry the bulk of what she has taken up until the baby's birth. This is not blame. It is biology. The womb environment is the original download and integration. What happened at conception and during gestation become a part of what the child has to work through.
So many women experience trauma to the uterus — difficult births, fertility interventions, surgical procedures, synthetic hormones prescribed to manage symptoms like acne or cramps (that are actually the body asking for more loving understanding and support). These interventions address the surface and make what's underneath worse, as accumulation continues, chill sets in, and things stop flowing.
Many children show signs of having grown in a cold uterus. Our youngest suffered from having been induced too early — her body entered the world before it was ready, and this registered in ways that took years to address using Felt Safety, Esogetic Medicine, and Unique Psychology.
Excessive menstrual bleeding has been connected to full body pain — which RestoreChi ties back to chill. PCOS and fibroids are also expressions of this. The uterus is not malfunctioning, it's communicating. And perimenopause, like puberty, is when the body drops the veil and shows you what the body needs in order to have the best possible health in the next chapter of life.
What brought me back to this topic
I have been working through my own perimenopause — a multi-year process — and headaches are something I have mostly cleared but which return from time to time.
For my headache, I followed Master Yan's advice. Knowing that the general Chill Release track does not work as well for me as Uterus Chill or Bladder Chill tracks (from the RestoreChi Monthly Tracks). I applied both of those tracks, along with the Fire Water Balance and Neck and Shoulder Pain tracks, to open the pathway and clear tension from the head, then switched to Low Back Pain Clear the Bladder Meridian track when I felt congestion collecting there instead.
What surprised me was the sharp pain I felt in my left ovary when I got up to move with these tracks playing around my waist.
What the ovary pain told me
I have a history of reproductive trauma — procedures and interventions that left their mark on my uterus and ovaries in ways that took years to understand. My left ovary was damaged during fertility treatment. When I began running the Uterus and Bladder Chill tracks for my headache, the sharp pain in my left ovary confirmed that the headache and the ovarian history were connected.
The tracks relieved both the headache and the sciatic pain on my left side. Legs represent our future. Arms represent our past and our karma — the actions we need to take to move forward. When warmth returns to the uterus and ovaries, something opens in the direction of life.
This is the diagnostic principle: when treating a headache with Uterus or Bladder Chill tracks also relieves hip or sciatic pain on the same side, the uterus/ovary is the root. The head is just where the congestion ended up. Forgetting that there is no exit from the head, only from the bottom, but a headache is definitely severe enough to stop someone in their tracks, and maybe, if they are lucky, find someone who can help them get to root cause.
Warming what has gone cold
After writing this article I went upstairs and changed from shorts to jogging pants. This small act — choosing warmth — is the same principle as the tracks. We heal what went cold in the past by restoring heat, so that things can flow again.
Cancer stems not from genetics alone but from things that happened to us that we have not yet found a way to let go of. If we can go back to those moments and reclaim what we did not get a chance to absorb — through Esogetic Medicine treatments (like prenatal or the developmental line - link to be added when available) or RestoreChi — then we can heal much of what has accumulated. The body is always trying to show us. We just need the tools to read what it is saying, and the willingness to act when readiness arrives.
We need to be a system that can always take in more information and process it from many angles. How others treat us is often what we attract as a reminder to open up — including what we perceive as being dismissed, excluded, or not supported the way we wish we were. More on this in the article to come.
