Healing has layers—and you have options

This post is here for one reason: to help you understand what this work is (and isn’t), and to make it easier to choose the kind of support that's right for you.

A quick truth that helps people relax

Healing isn’t always linear. Sometimes people feel better immediately. Sometimes symptoms shift, move, or temporarily intensify. That doesn’t automatically mean something “went wrong.” Often, it’s information—your system showing what it’s ready to process next.

My job is to help you track what’s happening, make sense of it, and choose the next step with more clarity and support.

The framework I work with (in plain language)

I work with three connected layers:

1) Unique Psychology — your original life plan, strategies you can rely on, based on your unique strengths, sensitivities, and life lessons.

2) Felt Safety — how safe your nervous system feels to be in your body, in relationships, and in life, how you have adapted to what has happened to you, and what we need to do to bring you back into a more adaptive state.

3) Unique Health — how your body expresses stress, what tools or treatments work for you, to bring you back to center and balance.

...that express themselves in your mental and physical health, how you parent, how you step out into the world, and the feedback you get in all your relationships. Its not just about getting you to feel better, but getting you to understand the ways in which you need to change, so that you can keep moving forward.

In other words: there’s what you came in with, there’s what life has done to you, and then there is the return to being able to reset and listen to your own guidance once again.

People come in with: pain, sleep issues, anxiety, digestive problems, inflammation, a recurring constellation of “mystery” symptoms.

Clients notice not only a shift in their symptoms, but:

- more capacity and steadiness in their nervous system

- clearer boundaries and decision-making

- emotional release or insight that “unlocks” a pattern

- a stronger sense of direction (what fits, what doesn’t)

The most important part: you have options

Not everyone needs the same approach, and not everyone is ready for the same pace. That’s why I work with different modalities and choose what feels right based on *you*.

Option 1: Unique Psychology (clarity + reassurance)

Best if you want to understand:

- why you (or your child is) wired the way you are

- what patterns you keep repeating (and why)

- what helps you (or your child) feel more regulated and supported

This is a great starting point if you want insight without pushing your system too hard.

Option 2: Divine Healing (talk + pacing + readiness)

Best if you:

- need to go slowly and feel in control of the pace

- want to work through beliefs, agreements, and relationship patterns

- want support that meets you where you are, without forcing a breakthrough

This can be deep and efficient, but it respects timing—your system’s readiness matters.

Option 3: Esogetic Medicine (body-led shifts)

Best if you:

- are tired of talking and want a direct shift

- want to work through the body and nervous system more directly, to let things change without needing to understand why

- are open to the body revealing what it’s ready to address

This work can be powerful. Sometimes it brings quick relief; sometimes it brings a “next layer” to the surface. If that happens, we track it and support it.

Option 4: **RestoreChi** (supportive + easy to apply)

Best if you:

- want something gentle and supportive between sessions

- need a simple way to help your system without doing deep processing right away

- want to build capacity over time

For some people it’s enough on its own; for others it supports the deeper work.

Who this is for:

- Parents who want to understand their child’s sensitivities and support them without fear-based “fixing.”

- Adults who feel stuck in repeating patterns—physically, emotionally, or relationally—and want a way forward that respects their uniqueness.

A grounded expectation:

I can’t promise a perfectly smooth process. What I can offer is:

- a clear framework

- options that match your readiness

- support in tracking what your system is communicating

- a path toward more alignment, capacity, and relief

As an example of the subconscious underlayer available in this work, these stones can help you find the I Ching hexagram that might be able to guide you. The I Ching is also called 'the book of changes' — how do we hold onto power and change without getting hurt? The Wilhelm translation is excellent for looking things up. Book a session and I can teach you how.
