Let the feeling you described, in the body part that you were just working with, expand to encompass as much of your body as possible.

 

Beyond your body, if you can. Expand this feeling as far out as you can imagine, through the whole city/town, until you can no longer feel the edges of it any more.

Take your time. Really feel.

 

Stay with this feeling for as long as you like.

 

Return to your drawing and notes, if you wish to capture more about what these feelings mean for you.

And then, feel them some more.
