RestoreChi Water Energy Card (+ Dampness Release) — $100

The current water card. Clears dampness and restores yang.

 

Most people's underlying problem is too much chill. Chill lets in dampness, and dampness left unaddressed results in serious illness. By continuously removing dampness and restoring yang, the new card reverses symptoms and helps prevent illness from taking hold. The specialty tracks (below) go further — removing the source of the chill itself (currently targeting the sacral chakras, though this evolves with each of Master Yan's visits). Monthly tracks allow you to address organ-based chill on your own, which is already far more than most practitioners can offer — but the specialty tracks reach the background layer.

 

You get charged water into your body by placing the card under everything you drink, the water you cook or wash your food with, and under food that was not prepared by you. Even starting with just one of these things will improve your health. Integrating it more fully into your daily routine takes time — that's why RestoreChi is so beautiful, it gives you the time you need to change your life, but you still need to change your life, no patch will hold forever!

 

Your body adapts to consistent use and becomes strong enough to respond quickly when the card is temporarily absent. Some people will develop strong symptoms if they go without it for a few days — this is not dependence, it is the body doing its job. The card has been doing heavy lifting, and the body has had time to get strong enough to mount a swift response when the card is not taking out the garbage as it was before. They are willing partners in protecting your health together — the card supports both in a practical way by helping make it easier to clear garbage and by helping make the organs stronger. It's the whole "support the mother by getting her a babysitter so she doesn't have to worry about her kids while you are trying to help her heal" philosophy — present in TCM but even more so in Master Yan's healing philosophy.

 

The goal is always to use a go-between rather than touching the card directly to what you are charging — charge the water, then use the water to charge everything else. The tools listed in the equipment section exist for this reason. In life-and-death situations such as taping the card directly to a chemo bag, you sacrifice the card to reduce the yin load of treatment — but for daily use, protecting the card makes it last longer.

 

Using the card in a bath: Baths are most useful when things are already in very bad shape and dampness needs to be pulled out from everywhere — but they can cause severe detox symptoms. If there is time, or if baths are too much work, drinking and eating things charged with the new card (or spraying the body with charged water) is the better path for maintenance, prevention, and a slower, more tolerable detox. Not all sick people can handle added sickness to get garbage out — even if they are willing, why put them through it?

 

The new card can be used in a bath, but there are important rules to protect it. Remove the card from the water before you get in — if you bathe with the card still in the water, it will absorb your dampness and will no longer work. Use a net to retrieve the card — do not touch it with your hands when wet. Do not place cards under your feet in the shower — this is not effective and will kill the card. Because the new card is more powerful than the old card, the number needed for a bath may differ from before — consult with Master Yan or Alahnnaa to confirm what is right for your situation. Alahnnaa still uses her old cards for baths and saves her new ones for charging food and drink.

 

Note: some people experience initial detox symptoms (nausea and dizziness with baths, more frequent and loose stool and smelly or cloudy urine when ingesting charged food and liquid) when starting — this is the body clearing what it has been holding. It passes.

The card has approximately a 3-year shelf life if treated well. You can bring your card back to Master Yan to check whether it is still working.

Putting food on a tray (or drinks in a covered bin) with a card underneath allows you to charge more at once — the tray (or bin) holds the vibration and transfers it to everything on (or in) it.

​

Placing a cloth over medication, spraying it with RestoreChi charged water, letting it dry, and repeating this process for a total of 4 times, every month, can balance and remove excess yin. Anything produced at scale — medication, supplements, even leftover food — loses vitality over time. By the time it reaches the body it is often depleted and high in yin, which is frequently what causes unwanted side effects because the medication is so specialized to go right to a specific point in the body, sending yin there can be more devastating than the digestive issues we get from ingesting yin food. Restoring food or medication before ingesting reduces the accumulation of yin in the body, and reduces the unwanted side effects common with the medication we want to take for relief.

RestoreChi Water Card (original) — $75

The original water card is now recommended primarily for plants, which need dampness. The new card removes dampness — beneficial for human health but not ideal for plants.

For people who grow their own food, this is a significant opportunity. When you restore the water used to feed the plants you grow, and then eat that food, you are eating the most balanced and complete food available. Master Yan has taken this further — he is now measuring seeds before and after treatment for how full they are of all five elements, yang, and completeness on the higher dimensions that support the health of the one we live in. We sacrifice health because of the limits of what we can physically sense. An MP3 only holds the sounds we can hear — not the frequencies underneath that carry healing. Food may look good but most of our food is depleted of nutrients and very high in yin, which is why many of us feel food just sits in our stomach. It is not that the stomach is weak — the food is not digestible. Restoring water, charging seeds, working with the full spectrum rather than the compressed version — this is how we restore what has been broken when we assume life is only what we can sense, because health starts way further back than what most of us can perceive.

RestoreChi Cream — $100

Pre-charged by Master Yan. For pain, wound healing, bites, burns, swelling, and even some lumps. Also helpful for nerve pain, surgical wounds, radiation burns, and diabetic skin issues. Itch is often yin (chill) — cream can help here too. Cream is thicker than water, so its effects last longer than spraying the skin with charged water. But, when the detox reaction to cream is intolerable, revert back to using sprayed charged water — useful for direct application to a specific area.

 

FullHealing9 (FH9) — $200 (SD card with complementary small starter speaker — the SD card can be transferred to a bigger speaker for stronger effect, or to a new speaker if the starter speaker breaks)

For anyone who doesn't want to — or can't — manage navigating 80+ online tracks and just wants something general running continuously. FH9 is not connected to the internet. It can run 24/7 plugged into a room, or on the body during the day, plugged in beside the bed for charging at night. It provides steady, continuous, general maintenance.

Some examples of effectiveness:

• FullHealing8 (the previous version) placed in one wing of a nursing home resulted in fewer complaints about pain, less smell, and more reminiscing about the good old days. Staff preferred to work in that wing because patients were more enjoyable to work with.

• People who had become accustomed to getting one major illness every winter no longer experience this once they use charged water and FH9.

• One client has been using FH9 for 5 years — he is 90, mobile, driving, living independently, still flying on his own when needed, enjoying a full life including alcohol and swimming, despite gout and even cancer surfacing from time to time. For self and family treatment and maintenance between Master Yan visits. 80+ tracks covering a wide range of TCM organ systems and conditions. Many tracks exist because a client brought in a specific need — Master Yan created a track for them, and then it became available to everyone. Sleep disorders and the lung-spleen track are recent examples of this.

Retired products — where Master Yan's heart goes

These are no longer made but worth noting because they show the direction of the work:

 

RestoreChi Band — originally made for practitioners to avoid absorbing energy from clients during sessions. Master Yan no longer makes them as he is focused mostly on client care and research.

 

Charged toothpaste — Master Yan originally made this for himself to regrow gum. He now charges toothpaste for Alahnnaa and her children specifically — it resolved chronic cavities and nerve pain from an untreated tooth. He also balances dental appliances such as night guards to prevent severe reactions to products with too much yin. This is not available as a general product but demonstrates what is possible when you build a relationship with Master Yan.
