Are you ready to be ALL IN when it comes to your business?

Many people decide to launch a business, and many people fail, because on some level, they are not all in. Want to discover where you might be limiting your own business success?

Unlike traditional business advice that tells you to spend all your spare time thinking about things to write about in order to attract your potential clients, I actually only write when I am given a sign from the Universe that there is something to write about. I also stop writing when the Universe gives me a clear sign that what I am writing about is currently ill-timed, and if I have nothing to write about, I don't write. This is one of those articles that the Universe handed to me, unexpectedly, that I would have never written otherwise...

You may wonder what Soul Contract and Human Design have to do with running a successful business?

Well, let me start with the story that prompted me to write this article:

I was walking down the street with my 3yr old daughter who loves dogs. We passed a small business, with their door open and a small dog sitting on a bed, on their welcome mat. My daughter asked if she could say hi to the dog and the receptionist said "be careful, she is not very friendly". And true enough, the dog ran out, tied to a leash and yapped at us, and we energetically got the message: "Stay away!"

What's interesting is this is a company who is asking for a large chunk of money, over a long period of time, from a family-oriented purchase. And they have a dog at the door, keeping potential clients away...

This is very similar to how I use Soul Contract and Human Design to support entrepreneurs who are ready to step out and be successful with their business.

Here are some key things to keep in mind:

1. Your business must be aligned with who you truly are, and what you really want to do with your life. Not something your mind or someone else thinks is going to be successful, or you will certainly put a dog barking at the front door, to keep people away.

2. You need to know how your energy affects others. If you are someone like me, who can see very clearly what is going on and how someone can course correct, you better wait for that person to recognize your skill and invite you in before you offer your advice, or they will hate you for it, and that is no way to make business. You also end up feeling awful, when you were only trying to help. Been there, done that!

3. You absolutely need to look at the energy behind your business name, tag lines, email address, website, email and blog post titles etc. I'll explain more below...

Many people think that words do not matter, and many people cling to their current names because it's easier to keep things as is, or they have some attachment to a particular name. That's fine, but it is also a sign that you're just not ready, and I am not here to convince anyone.

I am here for the people who are ready.

The energy behind each of the names mentioned above, transmits to your potential customer/client how they will:

1. Feel when they first meet you, and who you are looking to serve,

2. What your talents are, and

3. How they will feel and what kind of success they will have, when they are done working with you.

You also have to consider this against the backdrop of your own personal name. If you are like me, and chose to carry a personal name that can support anyone to blast through their issues, it is better not to have that level of intimidation in your business name as well.

Likewise, it is good to know what fears your personal or business names may trigger in your potential customers/clients, so you can address them preemptively.

This is not just about engineering the right names. You have to be willing to embrace it at a deep level as well. Otherwise you will continue to sabotage your own success.

This is not manipulative either, though it may seem that way to some, as everything we do is already intentional, this just brings the intention to the surface for you to decide: "Am I still scared to be all that I can be, or am I ready to shine?"

It may sound crazy, but most people are terrified of success.

They say they want to do well, but really, on some level, they are not ready to step into their power, and all that this might entail.

We live in a society where it is more polite to be mediocre, than it is to shine. But if we don't shine, then we all lose.

I am here to support entrepreneurs who are ready!

People don't become "ready" overnight. I don't know how long it will take. But when you get to the place of readiness, it's amazing. Because, finally, you will let nothing stand in your way, as nothing should, unless it is guiding you to something better.

The universe wants you to succeed.

It wants you to give your gifts. It wants you to make this world a better place. It wants you to claim your brilliance.

But you can't do that if you're following the crowd or using cookie cutter business solutions. What works for you may not be what works for someone else. And vice versa.

Even I took a few years to embrace my brilliance and remove my blocks, and I am sure the journey continues. But with every block that I have removed, I have been able to really step up my game and be more and more successful with my business!

Opening a business forces you to grow spiritually, whether you like it or not, you've got to be ready for that. It's not always sunshine and rainbows. It's personal growth, and it is all we are here to do!

Are you ready to embrace the ride of a lifetime?

This is me embracing mine!
